RETURNS POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your regular priced purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items purchased on sale are not eligible for a refund.

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at CPStore@cruiseplanners.com and send your item to: 3111 North University Drive Suite 800 Coral Springs Florida US 33065.

Any product you return must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying any shipping costs to return your purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

How to Return an Item:

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 3111 North University Drive Suite 800 Coral Springs Florida US 33065.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and sent to the credit or debit card-issuing bank within 5 days of our receipt of the returned item. Please contact the credit or debit card-issuing bank with questions about when your credit will be posted to your account.


Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable):
If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company or bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your bank or credit card account.

Shipping:

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
